Changes:
- Add Qt6
- Upgrade Qt5.13 to Qt5.15.2
- Separate android files for each Qt major version
- Change DebugUtils to DebugReporter to work on old vulkan versions (still does not work on android 29)
- Some changes to includes to fix the vulkan surface extension issues
